A New Chapter: Creativity, Clarity and the Evolution of My Work
Discovering new ways to explore emotions, reconnect with yourself and uncover what lies beneath the surface.
Sometimes, our path takes us somewhere unexpected. We begin with one interest, follow our curiosity, and gradually discover that we're being drawn in a different direction.
That's what's happening in my work right now.
Over the years, I've explored different modalities, from Reiki and Emotion Code to intuitive and energy-based practices. Each has been part of my journey, but I've increasingly felt drawn towards something that has been with me all my life: creativity.
Not simply creating art, but using the creative process as a way to explore emotions, gain clarity and discover new perspectives.
And so, I'm bringing creativity much more to the forefront of my work.
From Reiki to a new creative direction
Reiki has been an important part of my experience, and I recognise its power. However, I've come to realise that, for me personally, Reiki feels more like a path in itself than a modality I want to continue offering.
As my work evolves, I want to follow the direction that feels most aligned with me now.
That means focusing more on Emotion Code, creative clarity and my own unique method, intuARTiv™ Expression.
For me, creativity offers something extraordinary. Sometimes, we can't find the words for what we're feeling. Sometimes, we don't even know exactly what we're trying to understand.
But what if there were another way to explore what is happening within us?
Introducing CreARTiv Clarity
What if you could explore your emotions without needing to explain everything in words?
CreARTiv Clarity uses my unique intuARTiv™ Expression technique, developed through years of painting, experimentation and workshop practice.
Through a specific layering of paint, you're invited to create without knowing what the finished result will look like. Instead of planning a picture or worrying about getting it right, you follow the process and discover what emerges.
As the layers build, colours, shapes and marks can become a starting point for exploring feelings, recognising patterns and seeing situations from a different perspective.
It's not about being artistic. It's not about creating something beautiful to hang on your wall.
It's about the experience, the discoveries and the possibility of seeing something in a new light.
You might arrive with a particular question, a feeling you can't quite explain or a sense that something in your life needs to change. Or you might simply be curious about what happens when you let go of needing to know the outcome.
You don't need artistic experience, and you don't need to know where to begin. I'll guide you through the process.
Sometimes, a new perspective begins when we stop trying to think our way towards an answer.
The story behind intuARTiv™ Expression
My journey with this technique began after my divorce in 2009.
Although I'd painted throughout my life, I started experimenting with layers of paint in a different way. As I painted, emotions began to surface, and I noticed how what I was experiencing internally seemed to be reflected in the colours, marks and layers appearing on the paper.
I became fascinated by the connection between my emotions and what was emerging through the paint.
Later, I introduced essential oils into the process, adding another sensory dimension to the experience.
I began running workshops, exploring the technique with others and witnessing how people responded to the freedom of creating without judgement or expectation.
Then, in 2021, I shared a post about my technique in a Facebook group. Within just a few hours, more than 500 women had expressed an interest in learning it.
I went on to develop workshops to teach the method to people across the US, Italy, Lithuania, France and the UK. Those who learned it took the technique into a variety of settings, including hospitals, cancer centres, schools and prisons.
What began as my own personal exploration had grown into something I could share with others.
That experience continues to shape my vision for intuARTiv™ and the possibilities of creative expression.
Soul Art Readings: your essence in art
Alongside CreARTiv Clarity, I'm continuing to develop my Soul Art Readings, which offer a different kind of intuitive experience.
Nowhere else will you find an intuitive energy experience like this, one that you can see, touch, feel, smell and hear.
For a Soul Art Reading, I connect intuitively with you and create a canvas inspired by what I sense through that connection.
Each piece combines vibrant colour, rich texture, essential oils and an oracle card reading. The creative process is filmed, allowing you to witness your painting coming to life and explore the intuitive impressions that emerge along the way.
Your painting is the Essence of you.
Depending on the experience you choose, you can receive your original canvas, essential oil sample blends, a personalised affirmation and a private video of the creative process.
There are also options for those who prefer a video experience or live outside the UK and would rather receive a photograph of their completed canvas than arrange international shipping.
It's a personal, multi-sensory experience that brings together art, intuition and reflection in a way that is entirely different from a conventional reading.

As my work evolves, I want to create more opportunities for people to explore their emotions, reconnect with their intuition and discover the possibilities of their own creativity.
