Through a specific layering of paint, you are guided to create without planning the outcome or worrying about getting it right.
As you let go of expectations, feelings, thoughts and new perspectives may emerge through the colours, shapes and layers.
There is no right or wrong, and no artistic experience is needed. I'll guide you through every step.

F.A.Q
I'm not artistic. Is this a problem?
Not at all! No talent or experience is needed.
This isn't about painting a picture. It's about expressing emotions, exploring and discovering what emerges.
I'll guide you through the process, step by step.
I'm already an artist. How will this benefit me?
intuARTiv™ Expression can help you explore creative blocks, discover new ideas, take more risks and connect with your own innate style.
It's also an opportunity to step away from your usual way of working and take a deeper dive into your inner world.
Why High vibrational oils essential oils? Can I use my own?
I personally enjoy working with doTERRA essential oils and incorporating them into my creative and spiritual practice.
Scent adds another sensory dimension to the experience. Other oils may also be suitable, so feel free to ask me about using your own.
If you visit my studio, I have a selection of doTERRA oils for you to explore.
Do I need expensive paint?
Not at all! Cheap and cheerful is best. If you're having an online session, you'll need basic paints, thick paper or cardboard, and a few brushes. I've even had a student use kitchen cutlery!
I recommend avoiding canvases, as the aim is to explore freely rather than create something to display.
It's about the journey, not perfection.
If you're having an in-person session, all materials and oils are provided.
