My art is inspired by nature — especially the woodlands that surround my studio in France. I am passionate about colour and texture, often building my pieces through layers of paint and paper. These layers echo the textures of life: the ups and downs, the moments that shape us, and the beauty of becoming who we truly are.
Many of my creations are highlighted with touches of gold — for me, this represents divine light shining into the broken parts, reminding us that we are already whole. Perfectly imperfect.
Every piece I create carries a little magic — an invitation to see beauty in the details, light in the cracks, and inspiration in the everyday.
The story behind my creations
At the age of 12 I remember wallking into an art gallery and shop in the South of France whilst on holiday, and saying to myself "I want to make art, I want to do this, in France". I went out and went into Medical science !! But all the way through my studies and career in laboratories I craved to be on the other side of art college door, to be creative, yet here I was in science.
I began experimenting my creativity just before the birth of my first daughter but it all went underground whilst I brought up my two children, until near the end of my marriage, when it re ignited, I discovered Polymer clay and began to play with colour and make jewellery and then started showing other women hoiw to do it in very small workshops. .
It was the journey with Intuartiv expression that helped me discover my style and truly open up my deep, innate creativity. Having fun turned into a passion and then an absolute drive from within. I wanted to use my creativity to inspire others and use it as a 'canvas" to spread inspiring messages and energy.
Today my art and creations aren't simply that. They carry a unique energy, my energy is infused into the work as I create. For me, each piece is a tiny canvas, a little work of art you can carry with you.
It’s a way for you to bring my art into your life, to feel my energy, to be inspired, and to weave a touch of magic into your everyday.
When you wear one of my creations, it’s not just an accessory. It's a reminder of your own innate creativity, of the ups and downs of the textire of life.
So maybe I don’t make jewellery at all…
Maybe I make little portals to a more magical you.
