My path is dedicated to guiding people who feel the pull of transformation, ready to take the journey inwards to discover their true authentic self, to shift what blocks the path and weighs you down, stopping you from living an aligned life.
We are born a clean slate and as we go through life we begin to take on other peoples beliefs, cultural references, behaviours and emotions. These all take us away from the path of our authentic self. it is through creativity and emotional release that i am here to help you redisover your true self, lighten the load and guide you back onto your life with purpose
At the heart of all my offerings is the belief that we are not broken. We are returning to wholeness. Whether through energy healing or art, my work is about guiding you back to your light, helping you see your own strength, creativity and purpose.

My story
My inner journey truly began at 40, when I divorced. They say life begins at 40 — and for me, it really did.
In 2011 I became attuned to Reiki, becoming a Reiki Master in 2013. That path led me through what I call not just the dark night of the soul, but the dark years of the ego, a decade-long deep dive back to myself. It was painful, but it was also my greatest teacher. Through those years, I learned to release fear, worry, and attachment, and to meet the parts of myself I had been avoiding.
Along the way, I experienced relationships that mirrored back my unhealed wounds. Through them, I faced my shadows, but I also reconnected with something so much deeper: my creativity. I discovered that creating art wasn’t just self-expression, it was a profound healing tool. in 2020 Intuartiv Expression was truly born.
In 2016, I became a certified Emotion Code practitioner, the foundation of my work. I now bring together everything I have learned - energy work, emotional release, and creative expression into a path I now share with others.
This inner journey was also an outer one, moving to France in 2001, which i have always felt is my soul home since a very young girl.These years were my "caterpillar' years. In 2020 I was guided by the Divine to move back to the UK, only to return once again to France in 2021 for 5 years, my crysallis stage, until in 2025 I was told by the Divine "Your work is done, it's time to move back to the UK"! in 2026 I became the butterfly and flew back to the UK, where I am now living what i came here to do.
