Pop Up Conscious Café

Do you ever feel like you see the world differently to the people around you?

Like you're aware something is shifting, awakening, changing, yet so many spaces still feel surface-level, disconnected, or out of alignment with who you truly are?

Maybe you've longed for deeper conversations and real connection with women who understand what you mean without needing endless explanation. Women who are grounded in spirit, conscious of the world around them, and committed to growing, creating and living differently.

That's how The Wildflowers was born.

It started from a deep knowing that women need spaces where they can gather honestly, support one another, and no longer feel alone on their path. Spaces where every woman has a voice, without competition, performance or pressure to fit in.

A place to be heard, seen, supported and strengthened through connection.

I wanted to create a place  where we support each other, not where one person leads and all others follow.

The Birthing of the café

In fact, the Wildflower Café was born inside another café. Myself and Lisa, my partner in crime, who is building and running this with me (you'll meet her at the cafe and at Bloom In Business)were sitting at a café in Bourne, sipping our Elderflower Sparkle. Lisa, looking at the bookcase in the café said "Wouldn't it be good to have a café where there are personal development and spiritual books on a bookshelf", and then, BOOM! The dream arrived in us both! The vision of a Conscious café, with a meditation corner, workshops, "menus" for conversations. Within 10 minutes we had the whole vision. That's how quickly it can work when something is meant to come through.

The Wildflower pop up conscious Café is for women who feel the pull towards something deeper. The thinkers, feelers, creators, seekers, leaders and out-of-the-box women who have often felt like they don't quite belong in conventional spaces.

A place where you don't need to shrink parts of yourself to belong, women coming together, each bringing their own wisdom, gifts, voice, presence and perspective.

Our monthly café provides a container for us all to be seen and heard, to connect through meaningful conversations and to remind us that we're not on this journey alone, women support one another as we each continue unfolding in our own unique way.

And if something inside you is stirring as you read this, perhaps this is your moment to step in, be part of something meaningful, and walk alongside women who truly see you.

What is the Wildflower Café?

The Wildflower Café is a space for meaningful conversation, authentic connection, and community. It offers a chance to step away from everyday distractions, slow down, and share time with like-minded women in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

The café unfolds in three parts, each designed to help conversations deepen naturally and connections blossom.

Part One. Conversation Tables.

As you arrive, you'll find a seat at one of the café tables, either with friends or alongside new faces. Each table is offered a selection of conversation prompts from our menu, inviting discussions that go beyond small talk and into the things that truly matter.

As conversations unfold, Lisa and I move between the tables, helping everyone feel included, supported, and at ease as the discussions flow naturally.

Part Two. New Connections.

After a while, everyone is invited to move to a different table. This creates an opportunity to meet new people, hear fresh perspectives, and continue exploring meaningful conversations with a new group.

Many participants tell us this is where unexpected friendships and connections begin.

Part Three. The Wildflower Circle

For the final part of the café, we gather together in a circle away from the tables.

This is a relaxed and organic space where we can reflect on what emerged during the conversations, share insights, laugh together, sing, or simply enjoy being in community. Sometimes someone may feel inspired to offer a short meditation, breathwork practice, song, or another gift they would like to share with the group.

No two circles are ever the same. We simply follow the energy of the moment and allow the evening to unfold naturally.

The Wildflower Café is creating a space where people can connect authentically, be heard, and remember the power of genuine human connection with people who get you.
