Not long ago, went to a networking meeting, hoping to make new connections, talk about what was coming up for me on my path to creating a soul led business. Instead, I felt so out of it, different, like a fish out of water,  like I was back at school, feeling the odd one out.

All these women striving forwards, the hustle and grind mentality, all having their perfect elevator speeches perfect then having to present yourself in front of everyone, followed by a 'how to be perfect on social media' kind of workshop.

It just didn't do it for me. I’m real, not perfect, I’m here to get everything just perfect, I’m here to be authentic in business, to be in the flow, align and and show up.
It made me think:
"How many more women feel like this?"

These women who were in alternative, soul led businesses, those feeling called to build something, but not sure what, or  those afraid to show their face or others  feeling that they were allowed to earn money from their spiritual work. The ones feeling lost, blocked, carrying lifetimes of not being seen, the witch wounds, the ancestral traumas of women silenced for their strengths.

Where were the networking circles based on community and lifting each other up, rather than the silent school playground silent competition?

I was SO glad I went to these networking events because they planted the seed for something new, different, a community for Wildflower women in business, because WE are the ones creating the new way of being and working.
